Delivery, Exchange & Return Policy

1. Delivery

• Orders are delivered within 1 week from the order confirmation date.

• Do not open or inspect the order in front of the delivery agent.

• For any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• If the customer refuses to receive the order, shipping fees must be paid.

2. Exchange

Exchange is accepted only in the following cases:

• Broken or leaking perfume bottle.

• Sprayer not working.

• Product must be unused and in original condition.

3. Return

• Returns are not accepted if you simply don't like the fragrance.

• If a return is exceptionally approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

1. Return and Exchange Timeframe

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days only from the date of order receipt.

2. Return Acceptance Conditions

For a return request to be accepted, the product must be:

• Completely unopened.

• In its original condition exactly as received.

• Packaging intact and not torn.

• Not used or tampered with.

• Return due to manufacturing defect only or order error.

3. Exchange Conditions

Exchange is allowed within 3 days provided:

• The product is unused and unopened.

• The requested replacement item is available.

4. Non-Acceptable Cases

Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the package has been opened.

• If the product has been used.

• If the product was damaged after receipt.

• More than 3 days have passed since receipt.

5. Shipping Costs

The customer bears shipping costs in all cases.

In case of a proven manufacturing defect, SerFragrances bears all shipping costs.

It is preferred to send:

• Order number

• Photos or explanatory video of the condition (if there is a problem)

7. Request Processing Time

The request is reviewed within 1–2 business days,

and after approval, product pickup from the customer is arranged.

8. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the product:

• The amount is refunded via the same payment method if possible.

• In case of cash on delivery payment, the amount is transferred via an appropriate method agreed upon.

• Refund may take 3–5 business days.

9. Important Notes

It is preferred to photograph the product upon receipt to prove its condition.

Order number is necessary to complete any return or exchange.
